This is a secure care package application form for deployed U.S. Military personnel only. The information you provide will be used only by our volunteers to send your unit care packages during your deployment.
While we appreciate the service of all our troops, our funds and mission restrict us to sending care packages only to members of the United States Military (not a Government contractor or foreign troop) who are forward deployed to combat or disaster relief zones .

While we support all our troops, please understand that we do NOT receive Government funding and our financial donations are very low, so we must prioritize and send to those troops who are in the worst areas such as Combat Outposts and have little or no amenities (like an MWR, PX, gym, running water, etc.) However, we'll do all we can to help as many units of troops as possible.
Please know that we receive hundreds of units signing up each month and there are many in line ahead of you. It may take us 3+ months to get your care package out depending on our budget. We're part of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and contributions given to us by CFC donors go directly towards keeping this organization alive and operating. We appreciate everything that each one of you does for us and will try our best to keep up with the strong demand.
Family, friends & FRG Leaders of the troops may . NOT submit this form on behalf of their troops without permission from G2TT Headquarters Instead, please send troops a link to this page or have them mail us the required information. Forms submitted by relatives or friends without our permission will be disqualified. We must have direct permission from the troops and their CO's or XO's.
Please do not sign up multiple times - Our database and personnel cross-reference all submissions & duplicate entries are deleted/disqualified. If your address or rotation date changes while deployed, please send us an e-mail rather than sign up again. Thank you!

An estimate is fine. Date is needed only to avoid boxes being returned to us - Unfortunately, If you're mobilizing , we CANNOT send you packages. APO & FPOs shut down 30 or more days prior to your rotation date, therefore any entries showing a de-mob/return date within the next 70 days will be disqualified.

We receive approximately 80 UNITS signing up each week. Due to the large volume of sign-ups, it
takes us at least 12 weeks after we receive your entry for us to send your first box. We assemble & mail our care packages in the order of the sign-ups received. There are many units ahead of you. We appreciate your patience!
Most Needed Items : Do you miss certain items from home or need a hard-to-find item? Please let us know. Ask the other members in your unit what they miss from home so we may also include those items.

Requesting Electronics or Expensive Items Please read ...
We abide by all Government laws. As per U.S.CODE TITLE 7353 (5 U.S.C. § 7353; Standards of Ethical Conduct - Gifts from Outside Sources), we CANNOT send items valued over $20.00 including digital cameras, microwaves, laptops, game systems or other expensive items to an individual troop. Items valued at more than $20.00 must be SHARED.
G2TT reserves the right to use discretion as to which units qualify for such items. Since we're funded entirely by private donations, these items are sent only to units in very remote, combat outpost areas with little or no access to a PX, MWR, or entertainment. Disaster Relief areas are included in our mission. If your unit qualifies & requires a microwave, game system, television set, or DVD player, we need your Commanding Officer's written agreement via e-mail stating these gifts will be shared by all unit personnel, that the items will become inventory of your unit and listed in your unit's property books and that these items will be kept by an individual Soldier, Sailor, Marine, Coastie or Airman. Note: Our funds are low, so we cannot buy these items for every unit that needs them, but we'll do our best. not
We send you cannot such as tobacco or plants. Nor can we send flammable items, tactical gear, uniforms, boots, military manuals, satellite phones, iPods, or PSPs. contraband items
We do not have funds or ability to ship large power converters or large recreational items such as billiards tables or ping pong tables, freezers or air conditioner units.

Your Living Conditions :
Please tell us a little about your unit's living conditions. We customize every box and this information is very helpful to us.
For example ...
Does your unit has running water and electrical power (110-120 or 220 volts?)
Does your unit use transformers or power converters?
If you have power, does your unit have
air conditioning, heaters, a microwave , a fridge, a freezer, a TV, a DVD player, a VCR, or a
game system such as Xbox 360 or PS3?
Are you within walking distance to a
PX or does a PX come to you or do you live off the local village? If you have access to a PX, how well stocked is it? Are you at a Disaster Relief Site - what are the conditions around you?
Do you have a Chapel? If not, how often does a Chaplain come visit you?
Do you have an MWR? How accessible is it? What types of items does it provide? Do you reside in a tent, trailer, b-hut, barracks, buildings, "CHU", etc.? Are you located at a Combat Outpost or a FOB? Truthfully, how bad is it - are you on a COB or COP? Are you constantly on patrol? Bad sand storms?
The information you provide below will help determine certain items from our inventory we can send you such as microwave popcorn,
microwave food, freezer pops,
DVDs, CDs, video games, fuses, wall screws, medical gloves, musical instruments, etc.
If you're a relative signing up a loved one, be sure to indicate that HERE & get our advance permission via e-mail.
How did you hear about us ?
If you do not check "yes" you will be disqualified.
Please confirm that YOU will be our Point of Contact for your entire unit and that you're in a COMBAT or DISASTER RELIEF ZONE.
Note: G2TT takes pride in the way we manage our donations, our secure troop data and our care packages. All sign-ups are hand-checked by a person with a military background and combat deployment knowledge. Sign-ups that are duplicates, submissions not abiding by our policies or those which contain falsified information will be deleted. We will only accept one Point of Contact per unit or platoon. Please do NOT sign up your friends or relatives without our consent. If we have not given you prior consent, the submission will be disqualified. Thank you for understanding.

Directors coordinating your care packages. We will keep your e-mail address confidential and it will only be used if we have a question regarding your sign-up. For your safety, we inspect
every item in each care package sent to ensure the items are not prohibited,
inappropriate or tampered with. We also inspect all letters and cards to
ensure they are uplifting and positive. We'll post your letters and
photos with your permission, but reserve the right to
omit or modify any personal or sensitive information that may cause grief or anxiety to
your family back home or which violates OPSEC guidelines. We'll do our best to include the items
you request and send your first box within 6 -8 weeks after your sign-up. If you need anything from us at any time, we'll be here for you - just send us an email.

I hereby give my permission to Give2TheTroops to
release my APO/FPO address to its Directors for purposes of sending me and my unit care
packages or letters. I also give my permission to Give2TheTroops to use my
deployment photos and thank you notes I send them on their web site or in their fliers for purposes of showing
