Shelley Parsell resides in Connecticut with her 2 children. She has been an active volunteer with Give2TheTroops® since 2004.

Shelley graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design. She has worked as a graphic designer for Deloitte & Touche in Wilton, CT since 1992 and also started her own freelance business out of her home.

Shelley started helping Give2TheTroops® by first donating items to the troops and then offering her design services to help the organization’s administrative and marketing needs. She has created their banners, fliers, holiday cards, note cards, decals and other marketing material. With family and friends in the military, Shelley’s creative ideas have been driven by a deep sense of gratitude towards the troops and the courage they possess.

Her hobbies include country line dancing and spending time with her 2 children, her family and her boxer, “Chili Pepper”.
