Justine Guckin lives in Branford, Connecticut. She heard about Give2TheTroops® through Carol Kana and started volunteering immediately.

Justine supports the troops because they are dedicated to supporting us.  As she says, "They don't even know me, yet they are not hesitant to do whatever needs to be done to protect us and help make this world a better place."

Since she has joined G2TT, she has learned more and more about what the deployed troops actually go through and how it affects their family and friends. She believes everyone should have their eyes opened to the fact that our troops are in a strange land and they need our love and support. She ses how the troops appreciate the support that G2TT gives them.

Justine says that just reading the letters the troops write us and knowing how much it touches their hearts warms her heart, and she feels like she needs to be a part of that somehow.

She also belongs to the Connecticut Polio Outreach support group - she is their Meeting Manager, and she has Polio.
