Diane Craig is a retired U.S. Postmaster with 28 years service. She began her government career with NASA in Huntsville, AL (her home town). She is the widow of COL Joe W. Craig, Jr. who served 33 years in the NC National Guard, where, prior to retirement, he commanded the Willimington Batalion of the 120th Infantry Brigade. Col. Craig was also a graduate of the US Army War College.

Diane along with her Sister, Brenda Wilkinson, moved to the Greenville, NC area to be near Diane's son and his family. She has four wonderful grandchildren, four step-children with an additional ten step-grandchildren.

Diane served as President of the Greene Area Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association. She was a member of the Oxford Women’s Club and was twice honored as Clubwoman of the Year. Being an avid reader she was a proud member of The Cosmopolitan Book Club which was established in 1938. Not being one to rest on her laurels she now volunteers with the Pitt County Council on Aging, delivering “Meals on Wheels”, and of course her passion ... Give2TheTroops®.

Having lost her best friend and husband 4 years ago, she is determined to continue to look out for his “boys and girls”, especially those serving in harm’s way. Hopefully he is looking down each day and saying “That’s my girl”. She will do whatever it takes to let our troops know how much Americans love, care and pray for them each and every day.
