To All Patriotic Citizens: Give2TheTroops needs your help!

Give2TheTroops® is a 501 (c) 3, tax-exempt, non-profit organization that sends care packages and letters to our deployed and wounded military troops in combat and disaster relief zones. We are non-political and support all branches of the service. Founded in December of 2002, by a U.S. Marine wife, the organization has grown to branches in several states.  Since 2002, G2TT has sent more than 120,000 large boxes (averaging 70 lbs. each) to approximately one million American military troops deployed in combat zones and disaster relief zones.

This year, you are each being asked to support our troops through the:

                                  “Warm A Troop's Heart" ™ Donations Drive!               

(Yes, it SNOWS in Iraq & Afghanistan and it gets VERY COLD!)

DONATIONS FOR THIS DRIVE MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1st!



                             

Give2TheTroops® is requesting the following holiday items for the Valentines Day/Warm-A-Troops-Heart™
Care Packages being sent to our troops:      
Cold weather items and special things to keep our troops warm physically and emotionally:

•  Hot Chocolate or Cocoa Mix
  
  
•  Coffee (Ground is preferred)
  
  
•  Coffee Makers (new)
  
  
•  Coffee Bean Grinders - small (new)
  
  
•  Dry Soup mixes
  
  
•  Valentines Day Candies - only accepted through January 28th
  
  
•  Girl Scout Cookies
  
  
•  Hand & Toe Warmers (any kind)
  
  
•  Long underwear and thermals (all sizes)
  
  
•  Black or Green Socks (wool or cotton; all sizes)
  
  
•  Hand-made and store bought knitted hats (in black and olive green)
  
  
•  Blankets (fleece is preferred; colors should be olive green or black)
  
  
•  Heart-warming or funny DVD Movies
  
  
•  Valentine Cards (blank) for the troops to send home - only accepted through January 28th
  
  
•  Valentines Day Cards, posters or banners from you to our Troops - only accepted through January 28th
  
  
•  Valentines Day Decorations - only accepted through January 28th
  
  
  DONATIONS (non-Valentines Day related) FOR THIS DRIVE MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1st!

Financial donations are also greatly appreciated and will help pay for the overseas shipping costs of our very large boxes.

DONATIONS may be dropped off or mailed to our Connecticut, North Carolina, and Oregon/Washington branches.
