To All Patriotic Citizens: Give2TheTroops needs your help!

Give2TheTroops® is a 501 (c) 3, tax-exempt, non-profit organization that sends care packages and letters to our deployed and
wounded military troops in combat zones. We are non-political and support all branches of the service. Founded in December of
2002, by a U.S. Marine wife, the organization has grown to branches in several states.  Since 2002, G2TT has sent more than
96,000 large boxes (averaging 65 pounds each) to more than one million American military troops deployed in Iraq,
Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Persian Gulf, Pakistan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Djibouti and other combat zones.

             This year, you are each being asked to support our troops through our:

                      “Send 'Em Some Spring™" Donations Drive!           

(Yes, our Troops really do miss Easter & Passover and ask us for holiday reminders!)

Give2TheTroops® is requesting the following holiday items for the "Send 'Em Some Spring™"
Care Packages being sent to our troops:

                     

      
Decorations, Non-Chocolate Candies, Snacks, Small religious tokens, & special things to keep our troops' spirits lifted:

• Assorted Candy (Marshmallow Peeps , Jelly Beans, etc. - must be WRAPPED in unopened packages.)
  PLEASE! No Chocolate Candy! - The weather is too hot (120° F) and chocolate will melt!

• Instant Powdered Drink Mixes (Gatorade, Tang, Crystal Light, Zingers, Lemonade & Iced Tea are good choices)
  
  
• Toiletries: Skin Care Products, Sunscreen, Chapstick, Visine Hand Sanitizers, Baby Wipes, deodorant, razors, shave gel & dental care
  
  
• Decorations (non-breakable) of any kind. (Mini plastic Easter baskets, artificial grass, plastic eggs, etc.)
  
  
• Girl Scout Cookies (non-chocolate only)
  
  
• Passover Items: Passover Matzoh, non-chocolate macaroons, plastic Seder plates, paperback Haggadah books, etc.
  
  
• Easter & Passover Cards (blank) for our troops to send home to their families
  
  
• Easter & Passover Cards from loving citizens back home

    HOLIDAY-THEME DONATIONS FOR THIS DRIVE MUST BE RECEIVED BY MARCH 13th!
                                          (Passover is on March 29th and Easter is on April 4th this year)

Financial donations are also greatly appreciated and will help pay for the overseas shipping costs of our very large boxes.
