DROP OFF-INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Due to limited storage capacity and volunteer availability, all donation drop-offs (small or large) must be coordinated and confirmed by Andi Grant prior to drop-off. We do not want your donations to get lost or left outside in bad weather. We're open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and most Saturdays (with exception of Federal & religious holidays, but there are times we may be out of the office).

2. The Connecticut Branch will accept large skids or pallets of donations whenever possible, but you must coordinate such drop-offs prior to shipping to Rocky Hill. Please e-mail Andi for arrangements.

3. We do not have have vans to pick up your donations nor designated volunteers to unload your donations. If you choose to drive your donations to our center, please bring people with you to help you unload them. We have handtrucks on the premises and are located on the ground floor. Please e-mail Andi to coordinate a date and time of any proposed drop-off date so someone may be there to greet you. Thank you for your understanding!
