WHAT ARE COMBAT ZONES?
                    

WHILE WE'D LOVE TO SUPPORT ALL OUR TROOPS IN EVERY CORNER OF THE WORLD, OUR
MISSION AND FUNDING RESTRICT US TO SENDING CARE PACKAGES ONLY TO TROOPS
IN COMBAT ZONES.

What geographic areas are considered combat zones?
Combat zones are designated by an Executive Order from the President as areas in which the U.S. Armed Forces are engaging or have engaged in combat.  There are currently three such combat zones (including the airspace above each)

Below is a list released by the Department of Defense
on which countries and regions currently qualify as "combat zones"
